电机工程师：要求工科电机或机电类本科毕业,英语4级,有1年以上在电机制造行业的开发、工艺工作经验。主要职责如下：
1、负责新产品设计和开发的组织与实施。
2、负责产品技术要求方面与顾客的沟通，准确全面了解客户对产品的要求。
3、负责建立、完善设计开发的管理程序，规范设计过程，完善设计输出文件。
4、负责产品的设计更改的实施与控制。
5、完善各岗位操作的操作规程、对现场各岗位的作业进行指导。
6、负责产品图纸、技术资料的管理、确保资料规范、齐全、准确，便于查找。
7、负责顾客提供的技术资料（包括样机）的管理。
8、负责新产品样机制作。
9、协助供应商开发科开发新零件和新供应商。
10、负责产品新零件性能、新更换厂商新产品零部件的测试、确认。
1、Organization and conduction of new products design and development.
2、Technical requirement communication with customers and get know of customer requirement with products as well as possible.
3、Establish, regulate and perfect design action and output document management.
4、Control and execution of design changes.
5、Perfect operation regulations and give guidance to operations.
6、Management of drawings, technical documents and ensure their accuracy for sorting.
7、Management of customer supplied technical datas (including samples).
8、New product sample manufacturing.
9、Assist OBU to develop new accessories and suppliers.
10、Testing and confirmation of new accessories, suppliers and parts.
